This filters are a cylindrical vessel in which the liquid is cleaned from various mechanical impurities, foreign inclusions. Filters have a large volume, protect pipelines from getting inside the line of pollution larger than 200μm. Filters are mounted on lines carrying oil, oil products and other substances, protect the system from paraffin-tar deposits.
Automatic backwash filter have a simple design, they have a cylindrical steel body with a removable cover. The devices are equipped with a special filter element: a frame mesh part, which prevents the passage of fine mechanical impurities of more than 200μm.
The mechanical filter is mounted on supports, at the bottom of the tank there is an elliptical bottom, in which a drain fitting is mounted.
