Introduction
The client runs an oil workshop and providing oil extraction and filtration services for his customers. So he needs to filter the oil until there are no impurities and it looks clear. At the workshop the oil has been filtered by a centrifuge, but there are still small impurities in oil. So the client wants to remove small impurities while also cooling the oil. After filtering, the customer needs to directly load it into his customer’s plastic bucket, and the temperature should not be too high.
Solution
The entire project consists of two parts: a filtration system and a cooling system
- Filtration system: The oil that has been initially filtered by a centrifuge and is stored in a hot oil storage box, then filtered by a stainless steel plate frame fine filter to get clean oil that is then discharged through an aluminum cooling coil
- Cooling system: The entire cooling system consists of a cooling water tank, fan, and a water pump, forming a circulating system. Cold and hot water are circulated, and the cooling water tank feeds aluminum pipes
