December 7th, the chemical industry customers from Thailand came to Yuwei factory for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of 250m² automatic membrane filter press has been completed successfully.
From December 6th to 7th Customers include CH Engineering as subcontractor, TTCL as contractor, ACG as end user, so the filter press inspected by three parties together. Yuwei has always adhered to the principle of quality first, and has always given priority to meeting customer needs, especially customers from Thailand, therefore Yuwei did fully preparation for the inspection.
Operating in the chemical industry with brine as the slurry, our customer’s specific requirement for a low moisture filter cake posed a unique challenge that our membrane filter press was adeptly designed to address.
The specialized membrane filter press designed for our chemical industry customer boasts advanced features catering to their unique needs. With a focus on achieving a low moisture filter cake, the equipment incorporates excellent technology such as membrane plate cake squeezing, automated cloth washing, and a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel coating.
The customer conducted a detailed and rigorous inspection of the equipment, we conducted a trial operation of the filter press equipment. After that, the customer combined their actual needs and the working conditions of the equipment. After putting forward some opinions that needed to be modified, Yuwei’s technical team comprehensively sorted out the customer’s requirements, conducted detailed exchanges and communications, and made a rectification plan.

In the production workshop, the customer had detailed communication with our engineering and technical personnel, visited our production equipment, and expressed affirmation of our manufacturing process and product quality performance.
